Who Are we?

Digger's Landscaping Inc. was established in the year 2000 by Christopher Scothon at the age of 14. Chris, who picked up the nickname Digger from playing hockey, decided to use the nickname for his business. Digger began marketing his talent to neighbors and friends using only a small lawn tractor. Over time, Digger established himself by saving his profits and reinvesting them into his growing business, which allowed him to purchase state of the art equipment to allow for a broader range of services to his customers.

Currently, Diggers Landscaping Inc. employs 7 full-time landscape technicians utilizing 5 vehicles on the road. All employees endure a vigorous selection and training process. The company specializes in landscape maintenance, construction, and design. The company is based in Cumberland, RI, allowing for a service area that includes all of Rhode Island, southern Massachusetts and eastern Connecticut. Digger's Landscaping is fully licensed and insured. Pride is the main motivation behind the quality and service that the company provides each and every day.
